Home Veterinary Services

Our services and prices are set up a bit differently than traditional clinics. We charge for our time and travel, and offer medications, laboratory tests, and foods at cost. We aim to be open and transparent about all of our prices, and will happily provide you a breakdown of fees upon request.

Unlike traditional clinics with 10- or 15-minute slots, we offer up to 60-minutes per appointment!

Every home visit will start with a Comprehensive Health Check: a nose-to-tail examination where we assess your pet’s overall health, including:

  • Weight and body condition

  • Eyes, nose, and ears for any signs of infection or irritation

  • Teeth and gums for signs of dental disease (when safe to do so)

  • Heart and lungs for cardiovascular and respiratory function

  • Abdomen for signs of pain, discomfort, or internal abnormalities

  • Peripheral lymph nodes for signs of inflammation, infection, and in some cases, cancer

  • Urogenital and reproductive for any abnormalities

  • Skin and coat condition including mapping any lumps

  • Joint and mobility assessment for signs of pain, discomfort, or abnormalities

  • Nail clips and anal gland expression when needed

Services and Prices

  • New Illness or Injury £105
    Recheck £70
    Additional Pet £70

For non-urgent illnesses and injuries, we can provide a full health check and limited workup in the comfort of your home, including taking blood or tissue samples for further investigation. If more extensive diagnostics or treatment are needed, we’ll refer you to our trusted partner practice. This service offers peace of mind while ensuring your pet gets the attention they need.

    Medication Reviews £70
If your pet is on long-term medication, it’s important to monitor their health regularly. Our medication review service includes a clinical exam and, if necessary, taking blood or urine samples to ensure your pet’s medications are still appropriate and dosages remain accurate. We’ll make any necessary adjustments to optimise their ongoing care. You can then continue ordering medications through Our Vet Shop, or we can provide you with a written prescription for you to fill at an online pharmacy.

    Injectable Medications £57
(does not include the cost of medication)
Injectable medication provides relief for pets suffering from chronic conditions like allergies and osteoarthritis. We offer Cytopoint, Librela, and Solensia injections, as well as customised immunogenic allergy injections (after testing). These medications offer long-lasting relief with minimal side effects. We can administer these injections at home, saving your pet the stress of a monthly vet visit.

    Telemedicine Consult £35
When a physical examination isn’t necessary, we can offer virtual consultations. These offer greater flexibility and convenience while still allowing us to provide expert guidance or remote prescriptions for your pet.

    Pain Clinic £105
    Follow-up £70
Our pain clinic focuses on keeping pets comfortable and healthy as they age - ideal for geriatric patients or those with pre-existing injuries or joint conditions. We provide comprehensive assessments to monitor for signs of arthritis, pain, or chronic conditions, and offer pain management strategies to improve their quality of life - all while keeping them nice and comfy at home!

  • Core Vaccinations £115
    Puppy/Kitten Series £182
    (if both doses are required)
Kennel Cough (at the time of other) £11.32
Our at-home vaccination service ensures your pet stays protected from common diseases without the stress of a clinic visit. We offer full puppy and kitten vaccination series, as well as annual boosters to keep your adult pets healthy. By administering vaccinations in your pet’s familiar environment, we reduce anxiety and make it a calm, positive experience.

    Flea & Worm Prescriptions
Keep your pets free from parasites with our tailored flea and worm treatments. During the visit, we’ll conduct a health check and perform a risk assessment to determine the most appropriate products for your pet’s lifestyle, ensuring they stay protected year-round. Once medications have been prescribed, they can be refilled for up to 12-months.

*Please note that per the new (2024) RCVS prescribing regulations, first time prescriptions or changes in medications require a physical examination. This is a legal requirement.

    6-Month Health Check £70
A 6-month health check is a great way to ensure your pet’s ongoing well-being. Regular check-ups help catch potential health issues early and keep your pet up to date with parasite prevention.

    Microchip £15
    (does not include visit fee)
Microchipping helps ensure your pet can be easily identified and reunited with you if they ever get lost. A microchip is a legal requirement for dogs and highly recommended for cats. This simple and quick procedure can be done in the comfort of your home.

De-Matting & Hygiene Services £ Variable (Estimates available on request)
Matting can lead to skin irritations, infections, and general discomfort, especially in long-haired pets. Our De-Matting and Hygiene Service ensures that your pet’s skin and coat stays healthy and free from discomfort caused by matted fur, blocked anal glands, dirty ears, long nails, or poor hygiene. For pets that may be anxious or sensitive, we offer the option of sedation to keep them calm and relaxed during the procedure. This service is provided at home where your pet feels most comfortable, making the experience less stressful and hopefully building trust and positive experiences to make these procedures easier in the future.

    * Please note this is not a routine grooming service and aesthetic outcome may vary depending on severity of the condition.
** Pets with underlying health conditions may not be suitable for in-home sedation and will only be booked at the veterinarian's discretion after previous health exam.

  • AHC with home visit £175
    AHC reduced rate £100
    Rabies (if required) £30

Planning a trip abroad with your pet? We can issue Animal Health Certificates for international travel and export, ensuring your pet meets all the necessary requirements for a smooth journey. The initial AHC will require a consultation. Subsequent certificates in the same year that do not require a health check or additional pets in the same household will be charged at the reduced rate.
